On a Personal Level
I worked with two classmates along with Ismael, Ariel and Paul. Ismael is a shy little boy. He is quiet, and usually walks around with his head down. This means he isn't confident. As a co-op member and friend, I acted happy and uplifted. I walked with my head up along side him and I noticed that with me and Paul he was more confident then. He would smile more. This brought joy to my heart because, I think we can all agree, that putting a smile on someone's face is the best feeling. This made the project personal. I was was not only working on this project for a less fortunate young student, but for a friend and younger brother.
Before we could do anything, any design, any type of progress. We had to find out what Ismael liked.so we took a fieldtrip to the Monarch School. There I met Ismael, and found out that he loves Dinosours, Rocket Ships, and Trucks. We drew and talked while I was there.
